How are your prices so low?
We buy surplus and overstock: parts that warehouses and shops ordered but never sold. They're brand new, just sitting on someone else's shelf. Our overhead is low and we strive for high turnover, so we price accordingly and pass the savings on.
Are these parts genuine?
Yes. OEM and name-brand parts (ACDelco, Moog, Dorman, and others), not knockoffs. We inspect and verify every part before listing it, and we publish the original part numbers so you can cross-reference them yourself.
Do you deliver in Ottawa?
Yes, local delivery across Ottawa. Depending on where you are, we can often get parts to you same-day or next-day. Delivery fees may apply.
Can you source a part I don't see listed?
Probably. We have access to a wide supplier network for mechanical and maintenance parts. Tell us what you're looking for on the Contact page and we'll check.
How do payments work?
Checkout runs on Shopify, so your payment info is handled securely and never touches our systems. We also authorize your card at checkout and only capture payment once your full order is fulfilled. If something isn't available or needs to be substituted, you won't be charged until it's resolved.
Do you install parts?
No, we sell parts only. If you're in Ottawa and need installation help, we're happy to point you toward shops we trust.
